Registration Process: To participate in this year's event, participants must complete the official registration form. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee (Boogie Fee) The payment is made in the next step of the registration process via the website's secure payment gateway. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon successful completion of the online transaction.
Pricing:
Early Bird: 420 PLN / approx. 100 EUR.
Regular Price: 630 PLN / approx. 150 EUR.
Currencies: Prices in EUR are provided for guidance for participants from outside the PLN zone. The final amount may vary based on the current exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
Special Jumps: Booking a slot for Special jumps (Hot Air Balloon, Helicopter, Glider, etc.) requires a deposit ranging from 50 to 200 PLN (12-40 EUR), depending on the aircraft type.
Discounts designated for Warsaw Aero Club members are available only to individuals with a paid and active membership for the year 2026. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the membership status of any participant who has applied the discount. In the event of unsuccessful verification, the participant is required to pay the difference to the full price applicable on the day of purchase. Failure to pay the difference will result in the inability to participate in the event, with no refund of the partial payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Boogie Fee: The main registration fee is non-refundable and non transferable, regardless of the reason for non-attendance (including but not limited to bad weather, personal emergencies, or injuries).
Jumps & Weather: In the event that special jumps are cancelled due to adverse meteorological (MET) conditions, the jump deposit is fully refundable. The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule to ensure safety in response to changing weather conditions.
Special Jump Cancellation: In the event of a jumper's cancellation - the reservation may be transferred to another individual.
Qualifications and Insurance
Liability: Participants take part in the event at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.
Required Documentation: All participants of the Warsaw Sky Festival must hold a valid skydiving license issued by a national aero club or skydiving federation.
Third-Party Liability (OC): Valid third-party liability insurance for skydiving is mandatory. Participants are strictly advised to verify that their coverage meets Polish requirements and is valid for international events.
Travel and Medical Insurance: It is highly recommended that participants hold personal medical/travel insurance covering high-risk sports and repatriation. We also suggest purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
Equipment: For jumps using personal parachutes, the reserve repack remains valid for 180 days from the date it was packed by a certified rigger.
Document translation language: Submitted documents must be in Polish or English.
Group Jumps & Load Organizing (LO)
Briefing and Planning: Participants wishing to join organized groups (LO) are required to appear in the zone each day according to the schedule that will be published in e-mail/Whatsapp communication.
Punctuality: To ensure the flow of flight operations and manifest efficiency, groups will be planned early. Late arrivals must accept that they will have to wait for the next available slot or for a new group to be formed.
Image Rights (GDPR/Marketing)
By registering for the Warsaw Sky Festival, participants agree to the recording of their image (photo and video) by official event staff. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, social media recaps, and future marketing of the event.
